FastPass integrates with ServiceNow to protect the service desks against social engineering
COPENHAGEN, Denmark — February 16,2022 — FastPassCorp today announced it has joined the ServiceNow Partner Program and is releasing a new integration with ServiceNow to protect customers’ sensitive password reset process in the service desk. All service desks’ managers know of the difficulties in conducting a secure and correct verification of users inquiring about a new password. Failure to accurately verify will result in a costly data breach. IVM controls the verification process and instructs the supporters in what questions and tests to perform in a dialogue with the user. IVM extracts dynamic and contextual data from different sources to prevent hackers from finding the answers in advance. With the ServiceNow integration the secure workflow is seamlessly integrated with the ServiceNow platform.
