Kurt Bager is CEO in Auditdata, a Danish company that develops software solutions to the hearing care clinics globally. Kurt has been on the board since 2019 and has 2.475 shares. Independent of major shareholders.

Kurt has a background from leadership in large Enterprises such as EMC and PTC, and served as CEO of Netop, a software company that develops IT helpdesk solutions for major Enterprises."

Anders Schufri Meyer, Chief Executive Officer

Anders started as CEO April 1^st2024. Anders has co-founded several IT companies that specialize in the development of IT solutions, where strategic thinking and security aspects have always been at the core. Since 2009, Anders has been a key figure at FastPass, where, as COO, he has played a central role in the development of both products, services, and strategic direction.

Anders has worked in FastPassCorp since 2009 and has 13.726 shares.

Nicolai Platzer, Board member

Nicolai has been an investor in FastPassCorp since the public listing in 2007. Nicolai has been on the board since 2016. Nicolai owns directly or indirectly 305.873 shares and is therefore a non-independent member.

Nicolai is cand-merc in Finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He is chairman of Dansk Finansvejledning ApS, Finansvejledning Consult-Nord ApS and member of the board of Choconord ApS.

Nicolai’s career has been primarily in Finance and management in optimizing capital and investments.

Jess Julin Ibsen, Board Member

Jess has a long executive career with large IT and telco companies. Jess has been on the board since 2008. Independent of major shareholders. Jess owns directly or indirectly 10.600 shares.

Present position: CEO of Itadel, a Danish IT-services and outsourcing company.

Prior to the employment with Itadel Jess had executive positions with TDC and NNIT, Jess spent 11 years in various senior management positions in CSC, where among others he was Director of Managed Web Services for the EMEA and Asia Pacific Regions, Director of Service Delivery for the SAS Group Account globally and Director of the Infrastructure Services Division for the Nordic/Baltic countries.
