To satisfy this request FastPassCorp has now announced FastPass Mobile Client for password reset and un-lock of Windows password from mobile devices. This means that end-users easily can solve the password problems without contact to the IT service desk.
For the IT department the consequence will be a strong reduction in the number of user calls during the day, in particular for Monday mornings. Furthermore users get service 24 hours 7 days a week even with forgotten passwords!
