A developer with extensive .NET experience needed to strengthen and help build the team at a Microsoft Certified Partner with ISV Competency working on an Active Directory-based password management tool and associated suite.

Responsibilities include:

• Architectural overview knowledge and planning
  
• Development life-cycle experience
  
• Time estimation
  
• Skilled .NET coding in VB.NET and C#

Preferred Knowledge:

• Identity and Access with Active Directory and MIIS/ILM 2007.
  
• LDAP knowledge with AD/AM and other vendor directories.
  
• Possible Java experience in connectivity and web services.
  
• Web Services and SOA architecture.
  
• Web application and web services, ASP, HTML, PHP, CSS (knowledge of Perl), etc.
  
• General directory services architecture knowledge.
