Supported Platforms
FastPass is installed at a Microsoft Server domain. Normal user interface is through internet browsers. The PC client component allows you to change password even if you can’t logon to the PC !
Software / Server:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1 or later (32/64 bit) / Windows Server 2008 R1/R2 (32/64 bit)
• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) v. 5.0 or later
• .Net Framework v. 3.5 SP1
• Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 6.0 or later
Software requirements to client computers:
• Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 6.0 or later
• Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7 at least .Net Framework v. 2.0 SP1
Additional Software required for the use of mobile phones:
• Windows mobile v.5 or later
• Blackberry
• Symbian OS v. 9.5 or later
• iPhone
Hardware requirements (<5.000 users):
• 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo 3.2 GHz CPU
• 1 GB RAM
• 8 GB hard disk space
For an additional DMZ server hosting the FastPassClient web part only:
• 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz CPU
• 400 MB RAM
• 1 GB hard disk space
Hardware requirements (<25.000 users):
• 2 x Intel Xeon MP 1.6 GHz CPU
• 2 GB RAM
• 20 GB hard disk space
For an additional DMZ server hosting the FastPassClient web part only:
• 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5 GHz CPU
• 500 MB RAM
• 1 GB hard disk space
Hardware requirements (<50.000 users):
• 2 x Intel Xeon MP 1.6 GHz CPU
• 4 GB RAM
• 30 GB hard disk space
For an additional DMZ server hosting the FastPassClient web part only:
• 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo 3.2 GHz CPU
• 500 MB RAM
