SEAS-NVE chose FastPass for Password Management
A. The Danish energy company SEAS-NVE with 620 employees has chosen FastPass as User Self-service portal for passwords. For SEAS-NVE the assignment was to find a solution for users, who forget their passwords. IT-team manager Kim Kryger Andersen says: “SEAS-NVE wants efficient and automated processes where ever possible, as an integral part of the SEA-NVE policy for increased efficiency”.
For SEAS-NVE it has been of particular interest that users can reset their passwords 24 hours 7 days a week without any engagement from the IT-department. For SEAS-NVE it is of major importance that the users can reset the password even when they have forgotten the password to their PC, and has no access to other PCs or network.
According to Kim Kryger Andersen it was also very positive that the installation and implementation time was completed in half a day!!

G4S optimises IT service with FastPass
G4S has rolled out a new solution for password reset. All employees are now able to generate passwords themselves on a 24/7 basis. This not only saves manpower in the Service Desk but also ensures that employees can get access to IT systems wherever and whenever needed. The solution in place is FastPass Password Manager. FastPass is now being rolled out to all company employees and will also be used to synchronise passwords to SAP, thus providing employees with a single password, which they can securely reset or change themselves.

FastPassCorp sells 150.000 licenses
FastPassCorp is taking the market for user-generated password reset technology by storm. In the period from November 2008 to June 2009 the company has sold more than 150,000 licenses, and FastPassCorp has now established a partner network in significant markets around the world. User-generated password technology has made increasing market inroads in recent years. Instead of users having to contact the IT Service Desk to complete a time-consuming procedure in order to generate a new password, FastPass technology allows users to generate a new password themselves.
