Fast Pass offers benefits to your organization in HelpDesk productivity, in user productivity and service, and in Compliance with Security

Reduce workload and hence costs in the IT Service Desk by eliminating password reset calls. The FastPass Password Management solution enable employees to securely reset their password themselves, reducing Service Desk calls which holds for 20-50% of all calls according to Gartner
Eliminating internal Service Desk costs of 15-100$ per call
Eliminating 1-4 password related calls per employee per year
Allowing IT Service Desk staff to stay focused on more complex tasks than trivial password resets
Allowing less “high urgency” work in the Service Desk eg. better planning is made possible.

Optimize Productivity by Minimizing Costly Employee Downtime
Service available 24/7/365 – now also when the corporate Service Desk is closed
Significantly shorter and more comfortable “time-to-reset-password”
Only 1 password to remember across applications, databases and operating systems
Only 1 password to renew every 60 days as synchronization automatically changes the password on all systems

Reduce time for password changes. In many large organizations user have multiple different applications and systems to sign-on to. This means many passwords to change regularly. If a user has 10 different passwords to administer and has to change them every second month, this means 60 password changes per year. Assume it is only 2 minutes per change, and the user spends 2 hours changing passwords. When FastPass synchronizes the passwords, the user will only have to change 1 password every second month, the other passwords will be synchronized automatically – and then the user can remember them!!

Compliancy reference
Organizations around the world is facing the need to meet standards for IT Security in order to be able to protect their assets and to prevent fraud etc. But also there is a need to demonstrate that efficient processes and controls has been etablished. Standard bodies like the ISO/IEC, British Standards etc. has adopted increasingly stricter standards in order to meet the growing threat. In this section we've made available links to some of these standards:

ISO 27001 has replaced BS7799-2:2002 as THE international information security management systems standard. From now on, ISO 27001 (BS 7799-2:2005) is the standard against which an ISMS will need to be certified, and it's the standard that increasingly organizations will use to demonstrate regulatory compliance and effective business risk management. The full standard can en obtained here:
