Tommy Larsen, Chairman
Tommy is Vice President M&D Sales EMEA North & Country Manager at Lawson Software.
Tommy is responsible for the sale in North EMEA in Manufactoring and Distribution at Lawson software. Before that he held different positions in the company in general management and sales. Before the aquisition by Lawson Software he was Country Manager at Intentia. Prior to that he held various positions in sales at Lindhard Computer Systems, Digital Corporation and Unisys. Tommy also has a number of board positions primarily in software companies and in real-estate.
Jess Julin Ibsen, Board Member
Executive Vice President & CTO, TDC Group
Jess Julin Ibsen is Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the TDC Group, responsible for Fixed and Mobile Networks Operations, Deployment and Operations in the Nordic Countries. He has been with TDC since 2008.
Prior to the employment with TDC, Jess spent 11 years in various senior management positions in CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), where amongst others he was Director of Managed Web Services for the EMEA and Asia Pacific Regions, was Director of Service Delivery for the SAS Group Account globally and was Director of the Infrastructure Services Division for the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Jess holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technical University Denmark and a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore he has completed Postgraduate studies at INSEAD, Cornell University and Wharton Business School.
David Longley, Member of the Board
David is VP NEMEA & NA for Critical Path, a company providing messaging and social contact solutions to the mobile and telecoms industry.
David started his working career as a teacher at a technical College but after some 3 years decided that ‘computers’ was a better industry. Initially following a technical track, David became European Support Manager for Singer Business Machines which was acquired by ICL in 1978, offering David the opportunity to run the highly successful Police & Magistrates business unit.
Following a series of experience enhancing moves, David rejoined ICL in 1991 and ran the Directory Business Unit, establishing a world wide distribution channel, including ISOCOR. In 1997 David joined ISOCOR as VP for European & Asia and grew the business from $20Mpa to $60Mpa by 2001, during which time the company was acquired by Critical Path.
The main ISOCOR team left with David to run start-up US companies in Europe, including Access360, which was acquired by IBM in 2002. Following a period of freelance consulting, David rejoined Critical Path in 2007, with a brief to rebuild the north Europe and NA businesses.
Management
Finn Jensen, Chief Executive Officer
Finn brings wealth of business and management experience to FastPassCorp. As the CEO of several IT companies Finn has most of all brought profitable growth in different IT environments. But also to keep focusing on partner and customer relations is important to stress. Finn is in charge of general management and relations with key partners in FastPassCorp. Finn’ background covers partnering ownership of Service Providers, ERP vendors and CEO positions of international companies.
Before joining FastPassCorp, he was CEO and partner in Alpha IT – a Managed Service Provider focusing on small and medium size companies. Before that he was CEO and partner in Guidex – an ERP vendor primarily targeting midsized companies. He also carried out CEO positions at Bull Denmark and Bording Data and served as Director of System Integration at Bull Northern Europe. Finn started his career as sales manager at IBM Denmark and as Sales Director at Tandem Computer.
Finn holds a Bachelor in economics from Aarhus Business School.
Jesper Østergaard, Director Business Development
Jesper is the founder of FastPassCorp and IT InterGroup and has been one of the primary drivers for the interception of the FastPass concept and solution portfolio. Jesper has many years of experience from building special programs for customers and channels from the Vendor side, distribution side and reseller side. His professional career started in CAD/CAM at Datateam Denmark and later he moved on to Lexmark.
In 1998 he assigned the role of building up the systems management activities at Logica in Denmark (formerly WM-data). In 2000 he founded IT InterGroup which in the following 8 years became one of the two leading services companies in Denmark before it was sold on to PriceWaterHouseCoopers in june 2008.
FastPassCorp was a spin-off from the Identity Management activities and after a successful IPO in September 2007 his responsibility is to build alliances and partners to secure the continued growth of the company.
Jesper holds Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Aarhus Teknikum.
